Additional Sessions Judge Ajay Pande will pronounce judgement at Patiala House on Monday, 27 August at 11 am for a case of waging war and sedition against Sikh hijackers Satnam Singh Paonta Sahib and Tejinder Pal Singh in a case registered after 37 years. The judge will adjudicate against the Dal Khalsa activists on the legal point of double jeopardy under which a person cannot be convicted twice for the same offence as both have undergone punishment in Pakistan.
